One of those was that the new earth conscious leaders will be making an impact and will become the new influencers for the new world. If you've been a leader, quietly doing your thing without the spotlight, well, this could be your time to shine. So what's the magic formula for fast tracking your leadership journey? Intuitively, these four areas will clear your path in 2024 and bring you to the forefront where your impact will leave lasting legacies for generations to come.

So the first thing on the list is to dial into new earth frequencies. Get ready to ride the waves of 13D consciousness. Why 13D? Because all the other 12Ds have already been accomplished here in this earthly plane, and so if we're moving into a 4D or 5D or 6D experience, you're just going to be rehashing everything that you've already done. So 13D consciousness is a new frequency for humanity and for the earth, so brace yourselves for the downloading of ground breaking ideas that will change and things that you will channel through you like you've never experienced before. These frequencies will appear as new conscious ideas, and by conscious I mean things that have never been done before. This does not mean recycled or upgraded ideas from the past. That's not what new creation is these new ideas that hold a more unified way of living and being human. And by unified I do not mean you and I become one. That is not what a unified field of consciousness means. Instead, it means that you become more whole, more stable, understanding your emotions at a whole new level and seeing things for the truth of what they are, not what you are being told.

The second thing is your authenticity is your North Star. Your purpose should be your guiding light in 2024. Be real, be you and align yourself with the mission that you came here to lead. Set your divine fire glazing Like set it ablaze. Let it burn. Being your most authentic self means that you are stable in knowing truth, admitting when you have been misguided and misaligned, and willing to course correct at any given time. It also means that you know that, you know that, you know like that internal knowing is just right there and you trust it. When that divine fire blazes, there is nothing and I mean nothing that will stop you from being heard and seen as a conscious leader.

The third thing is to live the multi-dimensional life. You know that whole theory, this whole existential theory about multi-dimensionality, has been around for a long, long time. Embracing your cosmic self and show others the way is really the calling for multi-dimensional lifestyle. So teach them, teach everyone, the art of authentic living across multiple dimensions. So the concept of living a multi-dimensional life often implies an awareness, an integrity of different aspects of your being across multiple levels of consciousness or existence. It can encompass a broad range of perspectives, including spiritual, emotional, mental and energetic dimensions. Living a multi-dimensional life involves exploring and understanding different layers of consciousness, connecting with higher states of awareness and recognizing the interconnectedness of all aspects of existence. It's a vibe, trust me.

Number four is to stay focused and believe in abundance. Keep your eyes on the prize, I guess, which is you staying focused, honestly, live a very focused life, believe in abundance and actively connect with it. Abundance refers to a plentiful or overflowing quantity of something In a broader, bigger perspective, most often philosophical. The term is frequently associated with a mindset or a state of having more than enough in various aspects of life, beyond just material wealth. He has believed in lack for far too long, and the natural world is filled with abundance. Aligning to this context is what is being called of you. Abundance is not just a concept, it's a way of life, it's a lifestyle. In conclusion, this year holds the promise of a metamorphosis for leaders, not just any leaders, but leaders who are ready to dance to the rhythm of the universe.
